Love Yourself  With Cleanse Week, starts on Valentines Day! Anyone can follow this simple and natural cleanse to let go of your old habits and for a healthy new you. Finally, we have a group doing the 12-week TLS Challenge, which starts with Detox Week over the next 5-7 days to cleanse the body AND palette on a healthy food binge. In the spirit of this Healthy Community, we invite you all to join us virtually in the Cleanse Experience. THE CLEANSE RULES ARE SIMPLE: You enjoy as much as you want of the low glycemicfresh vegetables and fruits (3/day) on the attached list. No grains or starches ~ No fat (oils, butter, margarine) ~ No Sugar or artificial sweeteners ~ No alcohol, coffee, soda or other caffeine-containing beverages ~ No Junk food ~ Protein & Dairy (refrain from eating protein dairy as long as possible. Water (8 glasses/day).
