Green Greetings from the event Preakness at the Piazza for MS on May 17th, Philly’s “Fashion Event of the Year”! We are in need of an in-kind donation of flowers for guest tables and can offer great promotional trade for your donation (details of trade below). We will be expecting at least 500 Delaware Valley young professionals (think marrying and event-planning age, so this is a great audience to promote your business). Maybe you have a surplus after Mother’s Day sales or leftover from an event.
WHAT WE NEED:
-We will have 60 tables, but happy to have flowers for least 20 small arrangements.
-Flowers can be just the wholesale flowers, and we can do arranging ourselves.
-We’ll take whatever we can get, but prefer some orange flowers (MS Society’s color).
-It would be great to have some glassware or containers for arrangements too if possible, but would be happy with just the flowers.
WHAT YOU GET:
– Table tent card, saying “Flowers donated by______”, (PERFECT FOR GUESTS TO SEE!)
– Ad on jumbotron during event (after the race, ads will be shown)
– Logo on website among many other heavy-hitter sponsors.
– Tickets to event
