Did you know that technology is bad for your health? Research shows that blue light emitted from electronic devices disrupts your body’s natural rhythm and could adversely affect your overall wellness!
Disclaimer: I’m not an anti-technology person – in fact, I’m a big fan and I probably use it too much. However, we just all need to make a concerted effort to unplug at least an hour a day ( I suggest more, but I know that it’s tough in this world.)
