In the last week, we’ve been blessed with our baby’s 1st birthday and days of alternating sicknesses! We’ve had fevers, and snot, and puke and coughing, oh my! It’s been a big week of changes turning one, so it’s difficult to deduce the issue. Is it the shots, the new cows milk, catch cold at the doc’s office or what? We’ve missed 3 playdates, 2 birthday parties and some fall fun! And now here I am awake at 4am because some cute coughing kid is waking us all up. And it’s just the very beginning of Cold & Flu season! Womp, womp….
So, there are a lot more runny nosed and coughing folks than there were a couple weeks ago. Chalk it up to allergies, change in weather or the onset of the ‘Season of Sickness’. So, when do you call the doc, make the kid miss playdates and start to be concerned?
