Candi Marie Beauty delivers exquisite beauty experiences designed to promote confidence, rejuvenation and self-care. Offerings include a variety of customizable cosmetics, makeup artistry for all occasions, and a range of beauty consultations and workshops. Her second brand takes self-care to a deeper level. DoneBeautifully.com is a women’s lifestyle and personal development platform dedicated to helping women on a mission take action towards creating the life of their dreams. DoneBeautifully.com supports dream building by helping women become: Intentional, Fearless and Consistent. Overall, the website currently offers workshops and group programs.
In addition to receiving makeup/beauty training and certifications from seasoned industry experts, Candi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Theatre from the State University of New York at New Paltz, and is currently completing a Master of Science in Library and Information Science with a Technology Concentration from Simmons College (M.S. Candidate, 2019).
Her journey to establishing both of her brands is a non-traditional path that makes an intriguing tale. A former communications consultant with nearly a decade of experience in that field, variety characterized her dynamic work world. Her history of past marketing projects spans several sectors and include working on endeavors related to real estate, environmental sustainability, the health foods industry, fashion and beauty pageantry, theatre production, conference and event planning, and more.
While working as a marketing and brand consultant, she was specifically known for her distinct communication style and expertise. Over time, her fearless mindset and consistent personal branding attracted incredible opportunities. She has booked celebrity interviews, collaborated on international initiatives, and facilitated global projects at Singularity University (Graduate Studies Teaching Fellow 2010). Through this interdisciplinary work, her true purpose emerged, driven by an essential philosophy she’s derived and developed from her professional experiences:
If there is a vision that one hopes to achieve, they must position themselves to get it. Through confidence, personal development and self-care, everyone with goals and dreams can cultivate authentic personal brands that help them get what they want. Today, it is this message that Candi strives to share through her work in beauty and online workshops for women. She will share a curated collection of cosmetics and skin care all night long, offer 10 minute mini-consultations, and explain how custom blend makeup can change the way you experience beauty forever.
