OUR FAMILY CHILL MIX
In addition to a few music playlists and pandora stations to set the mood, my family’s Emergency Kit (and mommy’s purse) must have our CHILL MIX. Our Chill Mix consists primarily of Young Living’s Essential Oil KidScents Sleepize. We diffuse it with other calming scents around bedtime. We made a roller with Sleepize and Vetiver to calm everyone after a meltdown, or prepare us for a relaxing ride! A put a drop on the kids’ favorite stuffed animals too, so that the soothing scent lasts for a relaxing rest when on the road!
