So yes, we want to feel the burn, but no one wants to feel the pain. It takes us away from enjoying time with loved ones and delayed future workouts. Here are some natural ways to make the most out of your workout and avoid a burning aftermath with these tips:
WARM UP

HYDRATE
Drink your water – you require more than usually needed if you’re sweating it out. Coconut water is said to be super hydrating, and you can add some electrolytes to your water!
ENHANCE
Throw in some Essential Oils to enhance your workout!
