Luckily, there are so many places to find free online resources for any type of workout on demand! 🏋️‍♀️ so workout in your sports bra, during the baby’s nap or wherever you want whilst jamming out to your favorite tunes, diffusing your favorite oils, while feeling the burn in your cozy way! 1) PopSugar Fitness is a great place to get Free Workouts whenever you can fit in fitness! Just go to the video section!

2) FitSugar is a Spin-off that also offers a huge library of Free Full Workout Classes under “episodes”.

3) Tone It Up (TIU)in the past offered a plethora of workouts with stunning scenery and girly giggles. However, their social media has offered more teasers recently, as I believe that they are moving most of their online workouts to the Tone It Up App ($).

Perhaps now that the Tone It Up Team has such a strong following and now that one is in baby-mama-mode they are trying to monetize on their huge library (can’t blame a mama entrepreneur trying to capitalize on all her hard work while taking some downtime with her little one) – we salute their enguiniety. So while you may only be able to get a teaser of workouts, the somewhat pricy app is pretty amazing to keep a log and have an empowering, motivational community to organize and inspire you.
