In college, we used to call hangovers, “the Corona Virus” 😂.   All jokes aside, now that phrase brings terror to my generation as we fear the health of our families (especially the tiny and old).  

Well, you can chug-a-lug your way to health!  Smoothies are the perfect way to sneak in immunity boosting plants!  For kids, you can hide extra plants, protein, fiber and probiotics!  For adults, you can add that and then pack in even more #plantspower in more a cup, than you can on a plate!

SMOOTHIES with #PlantsPower to Boost Immunity and Gut Health

Here are some natural, proactive ways to holistically fight viruses wielding #PlantsPower!  It’s also imperative to focus on and support gut health (the foundation of your body’s own biological weapons)!

  • Sometimes parents need to be sneaky when it comes to a child’s palette, tastes and downright being picky eaters (hands up in my house!)  Probiotics and Protein can easily be introduced by crafting a custom-made smoothie!  Pick 2-3 of your kids favorite fruits/veggies (mine do bananas, apples and strawberries).  See what we come up with! Crossing my fingers that it passes the test!  

    • We may have sacrificed taste for nutrition in this mashup of a recipe, but it’s a broad mix of immunity boosting plants and a few powdered extras! Also, an extra boost to your immune system is adding thieves vitality essential oil to your smoothie or any beverage! Lemon oil and oregano are also huge immune system toppers!
