How Do You Take Your Elderberry?
SYRUP — MAKE YOUR OWN

DIY Syrup Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup Dried Elderberries Here’s a link if it’s not sold out.
- 6 cups water (purified)
- 1 cup Raw Honey (add later and ¼ extra if you like sweeter)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 inch piece of Ginger (peeled and diced or shredded) or 1 tsp dried ginger
- 1 tsp cloves
- I recommend all organic ingredients if possible.
- Essential Oils: Thieves Vitality and Lemon Vitality are the Most Important for Immune Support – there are additional flavors below that are totally optional too!
- Orange creamsicle: 3 drops orange vitality, 1 drop copaiba vitality
- Thieves: 2 drops thieves vitality, 3 drops Lemon vitality
- Frankincense: 1-2 drops Frankincense Vitality, 3 drops orange vitality, 2 drops lemon vitality

TEA – MAKE YOUR OWN
DIY Tea Recipe: tea, we used the Elderberries leftover from the DIY Syrup Kit (or you can use from the Syrup Recipeand then strain out the berries. If you have tea bags, you can put the mixture in the Tea bags too.
To the brewed tea, add honey. After cooled, add some extra immunity support with Thieves Vitality Essential Oil (1 drop for the whole pot or a toothpick in a cup).
