RECIPE: Kale Chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
  2. Wash and dry (overnight) kale leaves.
  3. Remove the ribs (I called them spines) from the kale.
  4. Cut into chip-size pieces.
  5. Lay on a baking sheet.
  6. Some folks toss with olive oil – I like to spray even layer of oil.
  7. Optionally add seasoning/salt.
  8. Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through (about 20 minutes).
  9. Enjoy Your Super Food as a crisp chip!
