Join us for the “HUNGER IS FOR THE BIRDS!” Food Drive / Giveaway Event
COVID Consciousness: PLEASE WEAR A MASK if you get out of your car OR place donations in your car trunk and we can take them out for you!
WHEN: November 10TH, 1:00PM-7:00PM
WHERE: Willow Manor Neighbor Hood in Upper Dublin We will have a donation center in the cal-de-sac off of Brentwood Drive at Berkley Place, in Willow Grove, PA. (For GPS use 1500 Berkley Place, Willow Grove, PA)
WHAT: You can Give and You Get a Giveaway! We will be hosting a giveaway event to collect food for SEEDS OF HOPE FOOD PANTRY! The trade is:
GIVEAWAYS: While Supplies Last!
- Cardinal Water Bottle (glass bottle with sleeve)
- Fun Masks (tie-dye / cotton / non-medical)
TO GET GEAR, PLEASE GIVE:
- Either a bag of shelf-stable food and/or paper products
- OR a $10+ Gift card to GIANT or Target
- They Need: Hearty soup, Side dishes, Canned Vegetables, Cereal, Canned beans, Canned fruit, Peanut butter, Baking mixes or ingredients.

The last Giveaway event we held went Amazing!!! We cannot thank our volunteers enough for all their amazing hard work! They literally saved the Food Drive and collected about 200 meals on a hot August day! We had a ton of new donors come through to delivery the goods to neighbors in need! Many donors did not even taking the giveaways promised! It was truly an inspirational day to see people of all faiths and walks of life, showing their goodwill to their neighbors! No matter what is happening in the world, our community is strong and willing to help each other in times of need.
Do to the overwhelming response and requests for more (from the givers), we will do another Giveaway Food Drive! All proceeds go to the Seeds of Hope Food Pantry—in the heart of Cardinal Country, Upper Dublin!

WHY BIRDS:
– The Food Pantry is located in the heart of Upper Dublin township, so we want to pay homage to the Upper Dublin mascot the majestic red Cardinal.
– Birds eat Seeds and the Food Pantry’s name is SEEDS OF HOPE.
– Hunger is for the Birds Sounds Fun, but food security, in fact is a very serious issue that is effecting all communities, so let us band together in moments like this to make a difference!
