#WellMomBlogs and Women Entrepreneur Spotlight: Meet the ‘LADIES for Lemons’ 2018 Vendors

LADIES FOR LEMONS (L4L) is circle of women building a community who empower each other professionally and personally for a cause.  These Ladies include the vendors for L4L’s first event LADIES FOR LEMONS: Networking for a Cause & Vendor Fair to Fight Childhood Cancer. At the May 3rd event, many women business owners will be showcasing their products.  I have wanted to plan a vendor fair for a long time to promote my mom entrepreneur friends, so I have been collecting these Ladies for years.  These amazing women are from all walks of life–many of whom I know from different paths that I have taken in my career or through other ways!  Some are friends of Gavin Strong’s mom, some neighbors, and some I have known since grade school!  What do we ALL have in common?  We are all moms and women business owners — striving to juggle it all and make it work!

As mom-entrepreneurs, many of us call our kitchen table “a desk”, while at nap time we go full-on career-woman, or some of us even juggle a full time job, on top of a side business.  Many of us cook dinner while taking calls, check emails during kids’ sports, start working after the kids’ bedtime, or even fold laundry while filing taxes–bringing to life the term “multi-tasking mama”!  We want to celebrate these women, gather them together and promote their businesses!

On May 3rd, we will also gather for one woman–a mother, nurse and entrepreneur of thirty-one product franchise, Tosha Morris. She is also Gavin’s mom and the woman who founded the Gavin Strong Fund, which has inspired us to create this communal gathering. Together we are a group of Mom-Entrepreneurs on a Mission to create a Party with a Purpose to raise funds for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) for Childhood Cancer

At the Ladies for Lemons event on May 3rd, the Vendor Fair will be held upstairs at the Horsham MaGerks! All Guests can shop or chat in an exciting, no pressure environment, enjoying samples, pampering, raffles and prizes. L4L’s Mom-Entrepreneurs will showcase their products that you’ve only seen online!   Touch, feel, smell or try it on!

Supporters can get their name out to area professionals thru promotions such as listing in event e-marketing, signage and includes your ticket to the event.

Please consider being a Donor of the 2018 LADIES FOR LEMONS (L4L)!  We have a donation level for everyone: $20, $100, or $300, providing your organization with a tiered listing/link on e-marketing, event signage and tickets.   Does Not include food/drink – please order from the menu and another 15% of your check goes towards the cause.   In addition to helping a community cause, this is a great opportunity for companies looking to reach an audience of area professionals and families.
