Tomorrow we launch our Clean Eating 10-Day Reset, so ya’ll better get to the grocery store to pack your cart (and your body) with all the goodness the ground has to offer (plants, lean proteins, and even complex carbs). This post and our Clean Eating Community will offer just some ideas of the super nutritious foods includes (and lists those no-no foods — who needs that junk anyways?!?!)

10-Day Reset (Cleanse) Foods
These are just some suggestions! The variety of food that you can eat on the cleanse is huge!!


Breakfast Ideas
-Bell pepper ring with egg cooked in the middle
-Fresh fruit
-Fruit smoothie made with orange or apple juice
-Grapefruit
-Plain oatmeal with fresh fruit or cinnamon
-Omelette with no or little cheese and lots of veggies
-Scrambled Eggs
Snack Ideas
-Apples with peanut butter
-Carrots with hummus
-Celery with peanut butter
-Cucumber
-Craisins
-Dried plums
-Hard boiled eggs
-Natural and plain almonds or other nuts
-Unsalted brown rice cake with guacamole
– Popcorn (air popped)
Meal Ideas
-Black Bean Chili
-Cilantro Lime Chicken
-Fiesta Chicken
-Steak with a steamed vegetable
